Jeff Smith- President & CEO
Jeff Smith serves as the President and CEO of IntraLock Green, where he assumes the role of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as spearheading its strategic expansion initiatives. In his capacity, Jeff also holds the responsibility for steering business development endeavors and nurturing vendor relationships.
With an extensive professional career spanning over three decades, Jeff has a wealth of expertise in owning and managing small enterprises. Notably, he played a foundational role in the establishment of Smith & Sacco Public Relations, an all-encompassing marketing and public relations agency, where he remains active. Beyond this, Jeff was the Founder and President of S&S Directional Drilling, an oilfield service venture headquartered in Louisiana. Jeff successfully orchestrated the acquisition of S&S Directional Drilling by Select Energy Services (NYSE: WTTR).
Jeff's career began as a Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at The Abbey Group, which, at the time, was the preeminent event rental and production firm in the United States.
A fifth-generation Texan, Jeff and his wife, Kathryn, have three children and make their home in Houston.
Kathryn Smith- Co-President
Kathryn Smith holds the position of Partner and Co-President at IntraLock Green. In this role, she maintains oversight of all marketing and public relations endeavors for the company.
With a strong foothold in the industry, Kathryn is also the President of Smith & Sacco Public Relations, a comprehensive public relations and marketing agency she co-established more than two decades ago. Throughout her entire career, Kathryn has dedicated herself to crafting and executing extensive marketing, communication, and public relations campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Her expertise in marketing and public relations extends across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, non-profit, design, and corporate clientele.
Hailing from Houston originally, Kathryn and her husband, Jeff, are parents to three children and currently make their home in Houston.
